Authenticity Guarantee

At JDO Collect, authenticity is non-negotiable. Every item we sell is sourced from reputable marketplaces and retailers (such as established card marketplaces, verified sellers, and local shops) and is checked before it is listed.

Our Guarantee

  • All trading cards and sealed products sold are authentic.

  • Graded cards are sold sealed in their original slabs (e.g., PSA/BGS/CGC) and are described using the grade shown on the slab.

  • If we ever make a mistake, we will make it right.

What we do to protect buyers

  • We inspect cards before listing and before shipping

  • We package cards securely to prevent damage in transit

  • We clearly disclose condition (NM / LP / MP) and any notable issues in descriptions

  • High-value items are shipped using tracked services

If you have concerns

If you believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging (if relevant)

We will investigate promptly. If an authenticity issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a return and full refund.
