Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as trading cards and collectibles have specific return conditions.


🔄 Returns – General Policy

We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition received

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and unopened (where applicable)

Return requests that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


🃏 Trading Cards (Singles & Bundles)

❌ Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles:

We do NOT accept returns for change of mind on trading card singles or bundles.

This includes:

  • “I no longer want the card”

  • “I found it cheaper elsewhere”

  • “I ordered the wrong card”

This policy exists to prevent:

  • card condition swapping

  • post-delivery handling damage

  • market price manipulation


✅ Incorrect or Damaged Cards

We will accept a return or issue a refund only if:

  • The wrong card was sent, or

  • The card arrived damaged due to packaging or transit

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos must be provided showing:

    • the card

    • the packaging

    • the issue

If approved:

  • A replacement will be sent (if available), or

  • A refund will be issued


📦 Sealed Products & Collectibles (e.g. decks, boxed items)

  • Sealed items can only be returned if unopened

  • If the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable

  • Opened sealed products are not eligible for refunds


🚚 Untracked Shipping – Important Notice

Orders shipped using untracked shipping are sent at the buyer’s risk.

  • We cannot confirm delivery for untracked shipments

  • Lost or delayed untracked orders are not eligible for replacement or refund

  • We strongly recommend tracked shipping for valuable orders

This does not affect your statutory rights.


💸 Refunds (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt


📬 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping


⚖️ EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under EU consumer protection law.

However, please note:

  • Trading cards and collectibles are condition-sensitive items

  • Returns may be refused if items are not returned in original condition
