Condition Guide

All trading card singles sold on our store are 100% authentic and inspected by hand prior to listing.
Because trading cards are collectible items, condition is subjective, so we use the grading standards outlined below.

🟢 Near Mint (NM)

Cards listed as Near Mint (NM) are in excellent overall condition.

May include:

Very minor edge or corner wear visible only on close inspection
Very light surface marks not noticeable in a sleeve
Slight off-centring from factory printing

Will NOT include:

Creases or bends
Major whitening
Deep scratches, dents, or peeling
Water damage or warping

NM cards are suitable for collectors and competitive play.

🟡 Lightly Played (LP)

Cards listed as Lightly Played (LP) show visible but moderate wear.

May include:

Noticeable edge or corner whitening
Light surface scratches or scuffs
Minor wear consistent with careful gameplay

Will NOT include:

Structural damage
Heavy creasing that affects card integrity

LP cards remain fully playable and are ideal for players who are not concerned with mint condition.

🔴 Moderately Played (MP)

Cards listed as Moderately Played (MP) show clear and noticeable wear.

May include:

Significant edge or corner whitening
Surface scratches or scuffing
Small creases that do not compromise structural integrity
General wear from regular play

MP cards are intended primarily for gameplay rather than collection.

❗ Important Note on “Mint (MT)”

We do not use “Mint (MT)” as a condition grade for raw (ungraded) cards.

“Mint” implies near-perfection and creates unrealistic expectations
Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive a PSA 10 or equivalent if graded
To avoid confusion and disputes, raw cards are graded NM / LP / MP only

🏆 Graded Cards (PSA)

Cards listed as graded are professionally authenticated and graded by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA).

The grade shown on the slab (e.g. PSA 10 – Gem Mint) is assigned by PSA
The card is sold as-is, encapsulated in its original PSA slab
No additional condition claims are made beyond the PSA grade

PSA 10 (Gem Mint)

Indicates a card that meets PSA’s highest grading standard
Grade is determined solely by PSA, not the seller

Returns on Graded Cards

Graded cards are final sale
Returns are accepted only if:
- the wrong item was sent, or
- the slab arrived damaged in transit

Minor cosmetic imperfections on the slab itself do not affect the grade of the card.

📸 Product Images & Disclosure

Product images may be representative unless stated otherwise
High-value cards and LP / MP cards may include additional photos
Any major defects (creases, damage) are disclosed in the product description
