πŸ” Are your cards authentic?

Yes. All cards sold are 100% authentic and inspected by hand before listing.


πŸƒ How do you grade card condition?

Raw cards are graded using:

  • NM (Near Mint)

  • LP (Lightly Played)

  • MP (Moderately Played)

We do not use β€œMint” for ungraded cards.

πŸ† What about graded cards?

Graded cards (e.g. PSA 10) are professionally graded by PSA and sold sealed in their original slab.

Graded cards are final sale, unless the wrong item is sent or the slab is damaged in transit.


🚚 How does shipping work?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination.

Untracked Shipping

  • Available only for orders €15 or less

  • Intended for low-value card orders

  • Sent at the buyer’s risk

Tracked Shipping

  • Required for orders over €15

  • Required for higher-value cards, decks, bundles, and graded cards


πŸ“¦ What if my order is lost?

  • Tracked orders: we’ll help investigate with the carrier

  • Untracked orders: cannot be replaced or refunded if lost


πŸ”„ Can I return cards?

  • No returns for change of mind on trading card singles or bundles

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • the wrong item was sent, or

    • the item arrived damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method
